Madalena...

Madalena sits everyday in front of the town hall, from 4 0´clock until dinner time... She is not just sitting though, in front of her there is a scale... A folded paper next to it informs those passing by that the scale gives the exact weight. The exact weight can be known for only 0.1 soles she announces every now and again... She tells me that she makes 2 to 3 nuevo soles per day, she also tells me that she is from "lejos"... the cheapest way to come from "lejos" into town is by combi... That's 0.5 nuevo soles each way that she forgot to subtract to her income...
